This project involved comprehensive maintenance works to restore and enhance the functionality, safety and aesthetics of a 1-bedroom apartment in the prestigious Loft Central Tower.

Shams 1 is a 42-storey tower and one of four buildings that together comprise Shams. In an ambitious project that spanned less than three months, three distinct apartments within the same building were thoughtfully renovated, each reflecting typical elements with a unique touch while ensuring a cohesive quality of materials, functionality and luxury.
