Shams 1 is a 42-storey tower and one of four buildings that together comprise Shams. In an ambitious project that spanned less than three months, three distinct apartments within the same building were thoughtfully renovated, each reflecting typical elements with a unique touch while ensuring a cohesive quality of materials, functionality and luxury. The project illustrates how careful planning, the right selection of materials and an efficient execution team can create diverse living spaces in a condensed timeframe.
